Tor Vergata University

Tor Vergata University is one of the three publicly funded universities in Rome. Built in 1982, this university is divided into six schools each offering a diverse range of study options. Located in the south of Rome, the campus was built to accommodate a smaller number of students than those found at La Sapienza. The university is known especially for its faculty of Medicine and Dentistry bolstered by its own teaching hospital on the campus ground.
